Sure. One thing we can agree on is that that SEC and ASC have been equally useless in providing any real protection. My experience with the ASC is that they only step in after all the scam artists have run off with the money and stocks are sub penny. By that point, stockholder are screwed. The SEC is equally incapable of providing any significant prevention of scams. I'd like to see a system that orders scoundrel companies to rebuy all stocks at origingal purchase price from the date their scams commennced. Buying stocks is by nature speculative, but the speculation should be based on whether the product takes flight, not on the sellers honesty.
