GLD increased holdings by 4.66 tonnes yesterday and held steady today with a total of 177.66 tonnes in the "trust" despite spot gold selling off... interesting that since GLD's inception (November 18, 2004) of which the PM fix that day was 442... and GLD closed that day at 8.09 tonnes... that it now has 177.66 tonnes and the PM fix today was 423.45.

GLD has added added 177.66 tonnes since it's first day and the PM fix has gone down $18.55... 177.66 tonnes suposedly taken off the market in less than 5 months and it has had NO effect on the price of $GOLD... how ironic...

That's 35.53 tonnes of gold a month...
