Before Healthcare of Today completed their merger with SK3, GAGI (John Jarvis and Claude Eldridge) was putting out a bunch of false press releases saying they were going to merger with Healthcare of Today. This was in early 2010. In April of 2010 GAGI finally put an end to their false claims and dropped not only the Healthcare of Today merger nonsense, but stopped putting out press releases about anything.

Henry Jan never acknowledged the GAGI claims not even to deny them despite GAGI shareholders trying to reach him for comment which makes me think he could have been in on the whole thing.


This is the last anybody from GAGI ever heard about that whole GAGI - Healthcare of Today merger thing. Some of the comments from Healthcare of Today spokesman, Dan Mcqueon, are interesting.
