Olddog re claims upheld in the Motorola appeal

Thanks for the info. I did not have written down claim #178 of the '375 patent. This patent was not involved in the Ericy litigation though. Even though claim 9 of the '089 was also upheld, this claim was not involved the the Ericy litigation. However, claims 8 and 11 of the '089 patent were used in the Ericy litigation.
