HSCOD did the r/s this morning; it was on the daily list yesterday. But here's something I'm not getting... At OTCMarkets, the company claims its o/s is 584 shares as of today. It gives no figure for the authorized. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/HSCOD/company-info Yet on 23 December 2010, Zoyes filed an amendment to his Florida corporate data, raising the a/s to 6,010,000,000. http://www.sunbiz.org/pdf/89048096.pdf Then on 11 February, he filed a new amendment, in which he noted that the stock would split 1:125 and that the a/s would be lowered to a mere 3,010,000,000. http://www.sunbiz.org/pdf/93328197.pdf He needs an a/s of 3 billion common when he has 584 shares outstanding? Something's gonna happen, and it won't be pretty. But... If shareholders had been checking with the Florida SOS regularly, they'd have known about the pending r/s.
