Wow, looks like a great biography and experience. I hold a doctorate and part of my course work was a class in organizational communication, so I like the fact that her Ph.D. Degree was in Organizational Behavior.

As one who sits on a variety of hiring committees and national boards, it looks to me that her background is solid.
