alalud: you are only proving my point. For someone to quote NOK about "unethical behavior" is more than calling the pot black. NOK for sure is not as clean as snow in the way they do biz. Anyone that would quote them IMO needs to be look at with both eyes open.
Mentioning Clinton even goes father in proving it. You can bet Newt & Livingston wish they had never used the word. Tom Delay down here in Texas ran lose with that word, now it will bite him in the azz. All I am saying don't use the word unless you have your ducks in a row.
IMO it has been way over use in IDCC's case. We don't know "any" of the facts for sure. So how can anyone judge there "ethical behavior"
