Loop re Harry staying until Nokia is resolved you said:

..."Harry will stay until the Nok matter is concluded. He would not make an announcement in the middle of the last stages of war."

The 2G matter with Nokia will be resolved by May 31 at the very latest, before the next ASM in early June, which will start Harry's next three-year term if reelected. The 3G matter with Nokia might be resolved by a settlement at any point in time. However if not resolved by a settlement, it could go on and on. The Ericy 2G litigation lasted many, many years before a settlement was reached on the eve of the court commencement date.

And how do you know that once Nokia is resolved, that Harry will voluntarily step down, or what makes you think that this is so? Has Mr. Campagna given any indication to anyone that he would like to step-down and give-up the IDCC reigns? The only indication that I see is that he desires another three-year term by seeking another reelection.
