If and when there is a class action suit, the logical end of the class period would be the date of the trading suspension. It is typically recognized that any buyers who purchased after that date were provided fair warning and have no cause of action. So, as long as you bought after a date that would be determined to be the date on which inaccurate public information was first disseminated and prior to 11/4/10, there would be no benefit to continuing to hold shares for the purpose of assuring participation in any class action settlement.
