So now he decides to narrow his scope on 9 specific posters in hopes he has more success in gaining identities. He would have to present much more than just an accusation for that to be even considered.
As I see it, that's a major problem. I don't see how any defendant could reasonably be expected to mount affirmative defenses to allegations as vague as his.
Strip away the rhetoric and all he's really saying is "They said Mean Things about me on the internet".
