I'm confused. What is the tax revenue intended to fund? Also, I didn't know Australia had a major air pollution problem.

If it were to fund wind and solar energy production I think it might be good for the future of the country, since you have an abundance of both wind and sunlight.

On a different subject.

The value of AUD vs USD is troubling to me since I will be moving there in 2 years. Seems like you guys are doing something right.
