I took a look at averagejoe's map and noted the claims near Shellbrook. If you go up to the NW corner of the map you find the bottom edge of claims staked by Nevada Minerals and one of the infamous numbered companies. If one looks down a bit, between Meadow Lake and Big River, one finds a couple of claims sticking out like sore thumbs belonging to Shaun Spelliscy. According to the latest searchbook, an oufit called BEC International Corp. has performed extensive staking in this area...too soon to show up on the April 1 map. BEC Intl once completed a transaction with Shore and hold some gas leases in SW Saskatchewan but other than that I know nothing about them.

I haven't a clue what all that means but it is curious that SS staked the claims where he did,that the Nevada posse is close by and that a new company,private apparently,has appeared in a big way in the same area. FWIW.
