Rule 504 Form D offering for $1,000,000 with "only" $25,000 of the offering being sold, so far, as of filing date 12/06/2010. Leaves $975,000 left to go if all is to be sold, which it probably is. Let's see, $975,000 @ $.005 = 195,000,000 shares. @ $.001 = 975,000,000 shares. Authorized is 1 billion shares.
Secondly - The 504's are restricted so they can not all be sold at once. Every 90 days 1%.
Where on Earth did you come up with this nonsense? I've never heard of such a thing with a 504. Never. Every 90 days 1%? lol. That's a ludicrous statement. Where do you think the FLOOD OF SHARES is coming from???
You've stated that you've communicated with secor numerous times. Ask him if the 504 shares are restricted. I dare you. Then post his response here and request that secor put it in a press release. If the 504 shares ARE restricted, as you've stated, then I expect you to be posting that confirmation, from secor, post haste. Tia...
EMRY CAPITAL GROUP is the listed entity that is/was purchasing shares in the 504 offering. Google that phrase and see what comes up.
The multitude of fluff press releases are simply vehicles to enable EMRY CAPITAL to sell their converted shares, or short shares, to recoup their "investment" and, eventually, for them to make a profit on said investment. It'll take quite a few shares to profit...depending on how much of the 504 offering they've purchased. Need to pound secor for that information. And I mean pound. It's the only thing that matters. These "off track" pending mergers are...meaningless to any long if the merger companies aren't generating enough profit to keep the "current business" from accumulating more and more debt. Which is all that's it's done for the past few years.
