Yeah, exactly. The only exception being that if the last day falls on a weekend or holiday, then it's pushed to the next business day. Here's a quote from the SEC website (http://www.secfile.net/SEC_calendar.htm):


If a filing due date falls on a weekend or SEC holiday, the filing is due on the following business day.
