Yes, I have a thought on this. Matt has the money lined up to close the deal already. I agree with you that this part of the LOI does not apply because I believe the money is already there.

My final thought is this. When the gavel falls on Friday and the judge throws out the case, Matt will move to close the CCM LOI quickly. He wants the support of his investors on the RECAPITALIZATION proposal. CLOSING THE CCM DEAL WILL CHANGE THE MINDS OF ALOT OF PEOPLE. This will happen because it will be another thing that Matt delivers on. CCM will be the deal that leads CBAI into a POSITIVE CASH FLOW position. Couple this with the new share structure and CBAI will be ready for a 2011 LIFT OFF.

I completely believe that what I am saying here will happen. For those that disagree, I understand where you are coming from. You want proof, and you deserve it! Based on his track record the last two years of growing this company into one of the biggest in the world I am willing to give Matt the chance he deserves to take us all to the top.
