There is no way the judge will rule to have the CMKX registration revoked. Why ?? Because the company DOES have mineral assets of some value despite what some of us have been saying to some degree .. including me. They now actually also have uranium moose pasture. It would be a different story if their assets were worthless. No one knows the value yet .. including the judge. I would expect the judge to rule something like this " Although you are delinquent in your filings and perhaps you intentionally mislead the S E C so you could become an unreporting company on the Pink Sheets I find it would not be in the best interests of your shareholders to revoke your registration. You have a large and faithfull group of shareholders and you hold mineral assets whose economic potential has yet to be assessed. Accordingly Urbie .. keep on truckin' but have your filings submitted and up to date by xxxxx. Case closed !! " Bang goes the gavel. That's my bet.
