sf, he took it from shareholders (DILUTED)... no profits! All shareholder $value$ Diluted. Now IBC wants him to wash & rinse... Are you really going to praise that plan? If so, you can't be a current CBAI investor.

If you think he's going to wash and rinse, then I don't think you see the big picture. If he was going to wash and rinse, why split to get off the OTCBB? They are on the perfect exchange to do this all day long without reprisal. I shouldn't have to school you in business, as I'm sure you already know; they will be reaching their delta (break even point) this year, after 5 years of negative cash flow. This is awesome for any company this size! Care to disagree? Ever started a business from the ground floor? I have, never reached my delta and ran out of cash so had to dissolve my LLC (small local business). He is at the point where it is time to get off the OTC BB (profitability) as he has been yelling for the past 2 years now, we finally got there.
