Where were you when I have been warning investors and traders alike that this was coming a mile away? The writing was on the wall. Matt is a greedy CEO and he loves to spend money he doesn't have. He has made it a habit to dilute, and he is not stopping this trend anytime soon. I have been telescoping a MASSIVE REVERSE SPLIT for the past year now. It's not surprising at all if you can take off those rose-colored glasses that sees the CEO as a God who can do no wrong. On the contrary, Matt is just solidifying his status as just another greedy pinkie CEO out to stiff the share holders who got him this far. It's just disgusting.
