sf, I presented IBC invested in CBAI with $8M in seed money when it went on the OTC. IBC BO ownership shrank to 4.86% post dilution. IBC invested $6M in another OTC company in Nov 2010. It is establishing a pattern of getting investors to fuel it's interests on the OTC; pattern?

Richard Neeson, the BCBSA AmeriHealth CEO, was a CBAI Director until 09' pre-historic dilution. BCBSA names CBAI to its coveted list as a company to advance health care for 1 out of 3 Americans. Is it a CBAI PR play or are those PRs real? Regardless they are IBC getting money from investors via Matt to invest into CorCell/CBAI. That's what I see. We built the temple and the idea is now not to repay. I read & know something about HISTORY... I Refuse to be played by IBC!

IBC CEO is a AHIP BoD member along with like 8 other BCBSA BoD members. Richard Neeson resigned in 09 before CBAI dilution took us from 900M to 6.3B.

Sorry, I don't trust insurance companies to do the right thing! CorCell is a BCBSA Insurance Project... We/Shareholders have $fueled$ said project infusing it with $27M since 06' on top of that $8M IBC investment. Seems to me IBC saved $27M... waiting for 2011. Now someone wants to dump us because the $1B market is unfolding in 2011... welcome Saonfi-Osiris-CBAI partnership. That is what I see. I see IBC telling Matt to flush us because it is time to move this down the track and our usefulness has expired. See, I don't flush/go away that easy!
