What proof of dilution....none....people were just dumping shares because they were upset over the mix-up

How about the additional 600M shares listed on pinks yesterday. Where do you think they came from? Upset shareholders? I think not...

This company is much stronger than many others and they are making good money on Tact U

Yeah, it shows in the PPS. All those TCU "profits" you must be refering to are from the UNAUDITED financials. For all anyone knows TCU has nothing to do with VCTY. Unless of course everything that has been PR'd is also true, hmmm???

Everyone kept praising those fins while the PPS dropped lower & lower...
