What proof of dilution....none....people were just dumping shares because they were upset over the mix-up on the stock structure....sorry for your loss, however, here is some good advice, never bet more than you are willing to lose in a poker game on any penny stock....and never invest more than 20% of your portfolio on any one stock period.........

This company is much stronger than many others and they are making good money on Tact U.....patience is key as most of these do have their run....good luck in the future
