I was at a Rolling Stones concert in Regina, Saskatchewan and the people in front of us were completely blotto by the time Mick came on stage. There was no way they would have remembered anything. The Stones played two shows here and their London office said the best venues that year were London, Rio de Janiero and Regina. The Red Hot Chili Peppers had similar drunks showing up in Saskatoon spoiling these unique moments for us sober types.
