I am in too deep at the moment. One CBAI pathway... looks like a storm is brewing up ahead. Is it the royal shaft right before a $1B sector unveils Sanofi-CBAI discarded stems... looks it to me!
Not sure how a BoD votes to file a 14A if there isn't fair representation on the board for the minority shareholders who dissent. Almost forgot the FL filing says CBAI is a one man BoD vote. Seems the BoD is unjustly screwing shareholders. Waiting.
