At 1:500 R/S, the current price needs to be (and maintained or higher) 0.008/share to meet NASDAQ minimum PPS. For AMEX, the current price would need to be 0.004/share to meet the minimum requirement.

Add in more A.S., and this pork butt is cooked. Stick a fork in it and turn it over - it's done...
