They have NOT been protecting shareholders. I was griping about the massive A/S count increase as much as anyone and I can be considered a "long". Eventually, I said to hell with it, they're gonna do what they want. But a massive reverse split like this will be the end of my profit realization.

I will be trying to get out at the mid 4's if possible.
