How does this in any way detract from Jeff's honesty? We may end up with it if we sue Dean and lisa and when the financial situation turns it may still be a great deal.

I think this is another reason why Mr DiGenova is rushing to merge us with Owens. I think Owens is a QASP shareholder and has lost lots of money like others here. If he merges QASP then any money recouped from Betros or others would fall within Owens control.
