The technology of CET is a great opportunity if we had the bucks to develop it to its fullest extent. The fact is that Dean and Lisa own the technology and we do not have the money to deal with it right now.

How does this in any way detract from Jeff's honesty? We may end up with it if we sue Dean and lisa and when the financial situation turns it may still be a great deal. Jeff stopped the transaction with dean because it most likely was another hosing by Dean to us. i am sure if we go back through the books we will find monies going to CET or Saleen Motor Corp. just a hunch.

I think it would be good if we blamed the correct party, dean.
