Welcome Ray! I believe the answer is yes, there is a 5000 share minimum, for OTC below .50. (Just checked with CPRKQ and found on L2 all 5000 share bids up to .50, then 2500 shares at .51).

There is no train to the edge of knowledge, no plane. You have to go on foot.
