SEVERN, Md. -- According to an SEC filing, Frozen Food Gift Group Inc., led by the founder of RoadRunner Advertising, has iced $4.8 million in equity financing.
Severn, Md.-based Frozen Food Gift Group., a development stage company, is an e-commerce retailer of ice cream and related frozen products to consumer and business customers. The company was founded in 2009.
The filing names Jonathan Irwin, chief executive officer, and directors Matthew Schissler, Joseph Vicente and John Berkeridge.
Irwin, who also serves as principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, founded RoadRunner and served as its president from June 2004 to July 2009. Earlier he was president of UR Media Group, a collegiate marketing firm that he founded.
Frozen Food Gift Group registered for an $800,000 initial public offering in March of 2010. According to the filing, the offering price per share is fixed at $0.05, until the stock appears on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board or other exchange. The company reports a net loss in its development stage of $336,000.
