I assume MRK is waiting for OS data and secondary endpoints. I am not sure if MRK would file NDA if it doesn't improve OS.

So, there was anywhere between a 3 week PFS or a couple of months PFS depending on either the DMC results or the clinic results, and, Merck spending probably over $100 million on this trial alone, you actually think Merck wouldn't spend a few million more and file an NDA because they're waiting solely on OS? C'mon, seriously.

They're going to file either way.
