There are two things that stand out in his question.

First, he isn't aware that the .5 copaxone has been kicked back by the fda or maybe his concern was the 3x dosing trial that'll possibly be done before M-Copax approval.

In either case (which I would call invalid for .5 and possibly valid for 3x) in the end he was not informed, corrected or answered.
