You're right, Jim. Seems to me attention by the forum on the Nokia case is disproportionately high. I'd like to learn more, for example, about some of IDCC's most important next gen inventions and how they'll be contributing to the co's continuing success; you know, a step further than what's in the annual report and pr's. A few more lawyers than wireless engineers amongst us though 
I read a bit of the trade pubs that are free -- very interesting but I'm not capable of distilling from it what's relevant to IDCC and posting it here.
I guess olddog's corrected likely CAFC timeframe -- probably at least two more months til a decision -- will prompt some reconsideration of short-term time horizons. June or July calls rather than March a smarter gamble, it would then seem, for those willing to self impose a deadline on the wheels of justice. (Yikes.)
