O'dog and NukeJohn, I will take a CAFC decision in IDCC's favor whenever it comes out. One thing I can say is great for us is that we did not get bounced "Per Curiam". To me that means this case is going to have a great written decision, win-lose-or draw. But you really can't draw at the CAFC.

So the parties have time to talk to each other and to 'mediate' a win win settlement.
