The Ibox contains information received from the TA on a daily basis. You can contact the TA directly yourself as well as the TA is open. One other claimed the OS actually changed earlier---sometime between 1/31/2010 and 2/7/2011, but I did not receive the increase notice via email until 9 AM Feb 10th and was inquiring daily. It does LOOK like the shares started entering weeks earlier when AUTO came in and began selling.
