Not attending the hearing would be the wise thing and I'm sure his attornies have made that clear. But, i think Urbie sees himself as all powerful, all persuasive and untouchable. If i was UC's attorney, I'd present him with an alternative of choice: Either you can go or I can go, but not both of us.

I very much doubt that Urbie will attend the hearing, though with him you never know.
