Yes indeed it does .. Doesn't that mean that way in Oct they had NEVER even filed anything with the SEC for the distribution???
Wasn't that about 4 months after they told us they were doing it!?!
So much for the big "it's all the SEC's fault" story!
Gee...NO WONDER it's taken so long! They never even STARTED the process until after the SEC started sniffing around in OCT... (JMO)
