However notice that on Oct 6, 2010 the SEC asks KEN
about "the current status of this plan" to distribute shares!!!
(because they "saw it on the website"!)

Doesn't that mean that way in Oct they had NEVER even filed anything with the SEC for the distribution???

Wasn't that about 4 months after they told us they were doing it!?!
So much for the big "it's all the SEC's fault" story!
Gee...NO WONDER it's taken so long! They never even STARTED the process until after the SEC started sniffing around in OCT... (JMO)

They good news is the SEC had "no more comments at this time" on Dec 27
