It's at 8:18. He pronounced what believe to be "active" like "acta", so I understand where the confusion comes in.

I clearly heard an "act..." though, not an "aft...", so it's my supposition that he meant "active".

Thanks for pointing out what you heard, because it seems like we have to listen carefully to every little nuance these days!
