It was in CW's prepared opening statement, after the discussion of the enoxaparin lawsuits, and only shortly after he said that ANDA reviews at FDA are currently averaging 26 months.

It comes shortly before the part where CW refutes Teva's contention that approval of mC may require clinical studies.

Sorry I can't put a time to it. I listened to it last night at home and was struck by the term "after review" and even rewound and replayed it to verify I had heard it correctly.
