I understand Arm. He's stating an event that occured. It's something that should be said because we'll eventually notice if someone in no longer with the company. He's didn't throw anyone under the bus, but it is apparent that the changes were made because of the mistakes.

I was addressing someone that said Watson hired Chad specifically as a scapegoat, which I find half-baked and just stupid. The bottom line is the company made mistakes that resulted in dealys and we're sitting in the 0.001's right now.
