February 4 I hope CPOW provided the legal documents to CGG that are necessary for CGG to comply with Canadian rules/regulations

Can you elaborate on this a bit?

My understanding is that the joint venture would leave CPOW in charge. The Chongquin Grain Group would provide funding for a plant and meanwhile they would purchase cooking oil produced by the existing facility (facilities if the Alabama plant JV comes together).

I am not sure what paperwork would be required but you seem to be.
