Updating my DD.

Good evening (morning?) all. A few days ago I posted citing that I expect to have a rather extensive DD report by the end of the week... isn't going to happen. My apologies, I'm working on many other reports as well.

Instead a few updates. Shorting is decreasing as evident by JackRoch's regsho data. I have been tracking the advertising (pumping) and the last pump accounted for was on January 18th. A short list of these pumpers include Goldman Small Cap Opportunity Research (NOT GoldmanSachs), The BULL Report, MicroStockProfit, and the largest pumper being Beacon Equity Research. At the end of this post I will provide examples of at least two of these pumps.

NOTE: the pumps must make profit either by being paid in cash or by equity. This makes for a possible explanation for the missing shares that are unaccounted for? The Goldman Research only takes fee compensation for it's services but other groups may have taken and either held or sold these shares that we are looking for.

I know this is all a lot to read so I'll wrap it up and get back to work but a timeline that I saw someone bring up earlier tonight is always helpful...

February 4 I hope CPOW provided the legal documents to CGG that are necessary for CGG to comply with Canadian rules/regulations

March 1 MOU between CPOW and CGG to have been completed

March 15 Closing date for LOI to acquire Alabama Bio Energy and Eagle BioDiesel.

April 25-29 Shenher to Speak at 1st annual World Congress of Bioenergy (held in China)
