"Here is a link showing the Chief Technology Officer attending an event at Cornell University, on the Cornell Website."
If you mean Cathy Fleischer, who is the only Natural Nano delegate listed there, she's long gone, nearly two years in fact:
"As described in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on February 19, 2009, Catherine Fleisher and Kent A. Tapper resigned from their positions as officers of NaturalNano, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Registrant”). To fill the vacancies created by their resignations, on February 19, 2009, James Wemett, the sole director and officer of the Registrant, appointed Kathleen Browne as Acting Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, to serve at the discretion of the Board, until her successor is duly appointed and qualified."
I suspect, but do not know for sure, that she is one of a group of former employees suing Wemett et al: "On March 24, 2009 the Company received a demand notice from an attorney representing a group of certain former employees of the Company, including but not limited to the Company’s former President and Chief Financial Officer, demanding immediate payment of $331,265 for certain deferred compensation, severance and vacation benefits."
I wish the "former employees" luck with that endeavor, because Wemett will already have ensured any money Natural Nano ever had has been siphoned off to his crooked cronies at Platinum and Longview.
But these former employees do have one card up their sleeve: they know where some of the bodies are buried, and at least one of them has been prepared to talk to the relevant authorities about that little matter.
PS. The last 10Q showed NNAN had just over $1,000 in the bank, roughly $90,000 down from the prior year. I wonder where that $90k went?
