Olddog: You could be right, guess we'll see Friday. I'm just saying from the NOK standpoint, the sooner the better just like I thought they should have done it when they announced crappy earnings and bad forward guidance.

jmspaesq: Although the IDCC case is nearer to a final action, in my humble opinion I believe that if there are any comments or questions about litigation, it will probably be in relation to the various Apple suits and countersuits, rather than IDCC.
