CMKM Diamonds, Inc (CMKX) Update

The Green Baron Report receives numerous inquiries each day regarding our opinion of CMKM Diamonds, and naturally we fully understand our member's concern. Currently, we have an open invitation to interview CEO Urban Casavant or anyone from his management team through a Green Baron CEO Webcast at our expense. Mr. Casavant has told us that although he would really like to conduct the interview to tell shareholders more about developments, he has been advised by counsel to hold off.

Any speculation on our part at this time would not serve the best interests of our members. We of course remain committed to keeping our members informed about CMKX on our website and in our Green Baron mailings as information becomes available. In the mean time, we hope all Green Baron members who hold CMKX stock have listened to CMKX's counsel, Bill Frizzell's exclusive Green Baron CEO Webcast and found it informative. The Green Baron Report continues to stand behind the Company, Mr. Casavant, and Bob Maheu. We still believe CMKM Diamonds has “the goods” to support a higher valuation, and we remain committed to hold our shares for the foreseeable future.

At least one Green Baron representative plans to attend the NHRA event in Las Vegas the weekend of April 16 again at our own expense. Although we do not intend to garner any earth shattering new information, it does provide another nice opportunity to meet with the principals of the Company. We will be sure to pass along any interesting observations or communication to our members.
