I like this part...

When one looks at the trading records in this stock, it appears that there have been more shares traded than what has been acknowledged by CMKM Diamonds, Inc. as issued and outstanding shares.

One wonders who "one" is and "appears" does not seem very precise language with which to persuade a federal judge.

But I give them marks for making the attempt at getting NSS in front of the judge. What possible relevance that has to not filing for two years escapes me.
