i like the "the shareholders believe there is good reason for CMKX's failure to file ".. No kidding, and the reason s are varied.. stupidity, inability to read the rules, lost documents, etc, etc.
Good reasons?? I'd say they are excellent reasons for failing to file.. not acceptable to a hardliner like Brenda Murray, but certainly reasons.
