If the S E C can kill CMKX .. CMKX's argument about shorty also dies. This is the line in the sand. CMKX dies and so does shorty .. ORRRRRR .. CMKX lives and gets to finally expose shorty and the S E C. Shorty will not be at this hearing in any context. The future existence of CMKX is on trial. The S E C does not WANT CMKX to survive.
