Company still has a long way to go, including cleaning up two of its non-operating subsidiaries, but now it has an achievable plan and the means to get there

If i were a shareholder here I would be filing a complaint with the SEC as fast as I could. What two non-operating subsidiaries are they speaking of? Were they in any of the filings presented? Are we talking that dormant TMH that later became touted as having all these contracts and would be bringing in $2 Million?
