what it does do is continue to amplify the ineffiency and ineptitude of our government at work.

It is mind boggling how much time, energy and money is wasted by having to deal with this idiots at the FDA.

At one point in their existance, the earlier years, they provided a valuable public service. Now they are nothing more than bumbling idiots and a stumbling block (at best) and quite possibly in the pockets of big pharma/biotech (at worst), squelching small innovative firms who are on the cutting edge. Either way, who knows how much more advanced our medical technologies and drugs would be if it wasn't for the present day FDA!
